Veggies and Tuna Salad

    Ingredients

    • 100g of tuna pieces
    • ¼ cup of long beans, steamed
    • 3 yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 boiled egg, halved
    • ½ cup of red pepper, cut into stripes
    • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp of olive oil
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions

    In a bowl, add tuna pieces, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

    Mix them thoroughly and arrange in a baking tray.

    Bake at 150C for 12 min.

    Serve with steamed long beans, egg, tomatoes, red pepper and salt.
