    Ingredients

    • 1 tomato, cut into small pieces
    • ½ cucumber, cut into small pieces
    • 2-3 purple cabbage leaves, cut into small pieces
    • 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ tbsp of basil
    • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
    • ½ tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

    In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
