Baked Chicken Pieces with Herbs

    Ingredients

    • ½ chicken breast
    • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp of sage
    • ¼ tbsp of thyme
    • 1 tbsp of ginger paste
    • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ tbsp of olive oil
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions

    In a bowl, add chicken, ginger paste, garlic powder, sage, thyme, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and salt.

    Mix them thoroughly and marinate for 45 min.

    After 45 min, bake at 180C for 20-30 min.

    Serve with raw veggie salad.
